Learning Center Accounts

Can I create a Learning Center account if I am not a Contentful customer?

We are glad you are interested in the Contentful Learning Center! Our courses and workshops cater to all Contentful users, offering training on basics, advanced features, and how to become a Contentful Certified Professional. The Learning Center is directly linked to your Contentful account. If you're new to Contentful, you can create a free Contentful account to access the Learning Center.

What do I do if I have trouble logging in?

Customers: your Learning Center account is linked to your Contentful account. Without a Contentful account, you won't be able to access the Learning Center. If you've forgotten your Contentful account password, select "Reset password" at the bottom of the login screen. If you do not have a Contentful account you can create one for free.
Partners: Please log in to the Learning Center via the partner portal or with your partner portal credential. This ensures that you receive the partner specific content.

I previously created a Learning Center account using a different email address than my Contentful account. How do I access my learning?

If you previously created a Learning Center account and are using a different email or login than your Contentful account, please contact us. Our team will transfer all completed learning to the email address linked to your Contentful account.

Courses and Workshops

Can my company purchase a private workshop session just for our team?

The expert-led Contentful Accelerators and workshops available on the Learning Center can also be delivered to individual teams, either separately or as part of a larger Contentful services engagement. For more information, contact us and a member of our team will assist you.

I am on the waitlist for a live training session. Can I join the call?

No. We have maximum enrollment limits to provide the best experience for participants and to allow our trainers to give all learners the attention they need. If you are on the waitlist, we suggest finding another open session date.

Are workshop purchases refundable?

No, all sales are final. Purchases can be transferred to another user upon request, but they are non-refundable.

Are offerings on the Learning Center free?

All of our self-paced learning resources are free, and our Contentful Basics live instructor-led training workshops are free. The Accelerators workshops require a purchase. If your company has purchased a Professional Services offering that includes Learning Services coupons, you can use the coupon to redeem for the paid workshops.
